Morgan started down the heavy vehicle track as a fresh face doing his professional hours at Watson Mechanical in 2013. After graduating with honours from Canterbury University, Morgan moved on to processing LT400s for a local engineering company in 2015, before founding Raptor Consulting in 2019.

Paige is an experienced administrator in a variety of industries, including local government. What started as a Bachelor of Commerce became a double major leading to expertise in process improvement and a passion for sustainability. Paige also has an interest in web design and runs this website.
